We understand that many families are working with a tight budget and it can be difficult to fit in dental care – especially when you’ve been surprised by a dental emergency or needed treatment you weren’t anticipating.

We will work with you to divide the out-of-pocket portion of your treatment into four interest-free monthly payments – no need for a credit check or review.

What does this mean for you? You can get the treatment you need right away and pay for it with small monthly payments that easily fit into your budget. It’s so simple and we know it makes a huge difference for so many of our families.

At Premier Smiles Dentistry, we make it easy for you to get the treatment you need – regardless of whether you have insurance or not. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards, specifically Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We also accept payment from Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts.

To make it even easier, we offer interest-free flexible payment plans for everyone – no credit check required.

If you are anticipating more extensive dental treatment, please talk to us about your options. We are pleased to assist you with extended payment plans with no upfront costs or prepayment penalties.

At Premier Smiles Dentistry, we accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. This includes Aetna, Anthem Blue Crosss/Blue Shield, Assurant, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, Principal, United Concordia, and United Healthcare.

We also accept many smaller PPO plans, as well, so if you are unsure, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We’re happy to take a look at your insurance plan and see if it’s one that we accept.

You can count on us to take the time to explain your insurance to you and help you maximize your benefits. We’ll also file your insurance claims for you and track them through the process, following up on delays and helping you jump through any of the inevitable “hoops” that seem to come up, especially when your family has multiple insurance plans.

Your insurance plan probably lists “in-network” providers, that is, providers who have specifically contracted with the insurance company. But you aren’t limited to only using providers in the network. You can also choose to see an “out-of-network” provider.

Seeing an out-of-network provider actually has a few advantages. We aren’t limited by the rules of the insurance company. Often, in-network providers must follow specific guidelines set by the insurance company regarding number of visits and treatments they can offer. But who do you want making decisions about your dental health? You and your dentist? Or your insurance company? We can still bill your insurance company and they will still cover treatment; you may have a slightly higher out-of-pocket cost, however.

We are happy to discuss your benefits with you and explain your covered procedures and out-of-pocket costs so that you can make the decision that is right for you and your family.
